Before I came to Integrated Home Care, I was in and out of hospitals. My mental health was hard to manage, and I never felt safe or stable. But here, I finally found a place where I’m cared for, listened to, and treated with respect. I take my medication regularly now, I’ve reconnected with my sister, and I even joined an art program. For the first time in years, I feel like I have a future.
